I actually had a good visit overall. It wasn’t too crowded when we went, and most of the aquarium felt calm, which was a relief because I feel like I always end up at places when they’re chaotic. A few areas got loud with kids and the echo, and of course that’s the kind of thing that starts bothering me after a while, so I had to step away for a short break. The lighting was nice though, not harsh or overwhelming. Giving it 4 stars because it was mostly comfortable, just not as quiet as I was hoping.

Parking was super easy and actually close by, which made a big difference. Compared to a lot of other places where you end up circling forever or walking a mile, this was really straightforward. The entrance was simple to find, the paths were easy to manage, and getting in and out didn’t feel stressful at all.

i mean, we had a really great time at OdySea Aquarium. The touch pools were probably my favorite part, and the staff were so nice about explaining things without making it feel like a boring lesson. We caught a couple of the shows too, and they actually kept my kids interested the whole time, which doesn’t happen often lol. It was easy to walk around, didn’t feel rushed, and overall just made for a fun day. I’d definitely go back

I went with my kids and we had a easy time finding our way around. The signs were helpful for getting to the main tanks and exits without wandering too much. A couple spots felt a little crowded, and we did miss one exhibit at first, but overall it was simple to walk through

Went with our two kids. really easy. Plenty to look at. Stroller was fine too. The kids didn’t get bored once, which says a lot. Staff were lovely, especially when my youngest asked about a million questions. Such a good family day out. We’d definitely go again

The photos turned out nice, so I do appreciate that. But the whole session felt kind of rushed, like we were being moved along too quickly. I expected a more relaxed experience, and an apology or some acknowledgment would be nice...

I placed a small fish order through odyseaaquarium.com, and overall it was okay. The fish arrived alive, and the box was packed decently with a heat pack and clear labeling, which I appreciated. That said, one of the fish seemed stressed, and the water was a bit cloudy when it arrived. As a customer, I think a lot of us would feel more comfortable if they included better details on feeding, quarantine, and where the animals are sourced from. Customer service did get back to me, but the response was a little slow. Not a terrible experience, just one that left me not fully confident about the care side of things. I’d give it 3 stars for now

The signs around the aquarium were really clear and explained things well. I just got the feeling they put some thought into making the info easy to understand, which made walking around more enjoyable.

i mean, booking our aquarium tickets online was really simple. We just picked a time slot, paid, and the email came through right away. Had no trouble at the gate either, so overall it was a smooth, no-hassle experience.

The tanks looked clean and the floors were tidy, which was nice to see. A few of the signs and some corners could use a bit of fixing up, but overall it seemed well kept.

I really enjoyed this place, and my sister did too. You can tell they genuinely care about ocean rescue and helping kids learn, which made the visit feel even more meaningful. Definitely felt like something worth supporting...

We had my child’s birthday party here and it turned out great. The kids had a blast, the setup was really easy, and the staff was super nice and helpful. my small personal win was not feeling stressed the whole time, everything just kind of flowed, and I actually got to enjoy the party too...

My kids absolutely loved it, which is always the real test, right? They were excited the whole time and kept talking about it afterward, so I feel like it was definitely a good choice.

We got the annual pass for our family, i’m really glad we did. I wasn’t totally sure at first if we’d use it enough to justify the cost, but after going a few times already, it feels like it paid for itself quickly.

What I like most is that we don’t feel pressured to cram everything into one visit. If the kids get tired or the day feels too busy, it’s nice knowing we can just come back another time. The discounts on food and in the gift shop have helped too, because somehow the kids always find something they “need.”

The staff has been friendly every time, and getting in has been simple, which is always reassuring when you’re going somewhere with kids. It’s become an easy weekend option for us when we don’t have anything big planned, and so far I feel good about having bought it...

We stopped by on a really hot day, and I have to say the temperature inside felt surprisingly comfortable. It wasn’t stuffy, but it also didn’t feel freezing like some places do. I’m not sure if it’s always like that, but it definitely made walking around with the kids a lot easier. Nice spot to take a break and cool down for a bit.

My appointment time stayed the same too, with no random last-minute changes. Super easy to plan around, which I really appreciated.
